Here’s how you can shrink belly fat fast. I’m going to show you how to shed inches off your waist in only minutes a day. It’s fast, it is rather simple, and excellent for busy women who can’t arrive at the gym as much as they need.

1. You will need to produce a big oxygen debt while working out to make your body to eliminate belly fat… for your I suggest that you do Hindu Squats for 3 minutes at a time.
First, if you don’t understand what hindu squats… they’re simply bodyweight squats. The only real difference, you need to do them as quickly as possible. This creates the cardio-induced oxygen debt.
I suggest to my clients to do a minimum of 20 per minute. I’ve my clients do between 1-5 minutes straight of the exercise.
But for the purpose of making it somewhat easy for you while still getting stomach fat results, I really want you to do 3 minutes non-stop. Your ultimate goal is 60 in those 3 minutes. If you achieve more, awesome, move up to 4 minutes and 80 squats.
If you do not get 60, keep practicing before you do. It’s worthwhile. To date, I only asked for 3 minutes of your time. If you wish to do more than 3 minutes, be my guest. I do as much as 10 minutes each day.
2. The hula hoop is a great piece of equipment that targets your belly and hips perfectly.
With regard to proving my point, maybe you have seen the waist and hips of the belly dancer? If you have, you will find they appear really feminine and sexy. It’s a nice feminine look, while still having nice abs.
Well, the hula hoop basically mimics those movements.
So go purchase a hula hoop. I suggest you get a weighted hula hoop. Don’t bother with the kid’s version since those are light and hard to help keep from falling to the ground.
Once you get the hula hoop, start spinning it around your waist for 5, 10, or 15 minutes each day.
One thing that’s great is that you simply do not have to do it all at once. It’s actually better should you space it by 50 percent minute intervals in some places. It’s better for the metabolic process and easier on your schedule.
